All prices include service for as many people as the maximum capacity of the boat. Adding participants will not affect the price. On the other hand, some provisions such as meals and drinks are supplied according to the number of guests specified whilst booking confirmation. In case you would like to add participants (total number of guests not exceeding capacity), please inform us at least 1 day before your tour.
We do not offer bookings for flights, car rental or hotels but we can direct you to the right points. We specialize in boat trip, yacht charters and yacht management in Turkey.
Yes, of course.
Unfortunately, we don't offer gift cards, but you can buy an experience for someone else as a gift.
On some of our tours, transfers (to & from your hotel) are included Please check the ‘What’s included’ section of the product's page to check if this service is available. On some tours, transfers can be offered at an extra cost. Please feel free to contact us for transfers.
The registration is not mandatory, you don't need to register to make purchases or find your order. By signing up, you will have access to features that help you organize your experiences with no stress.

If you want to reschedule your booking, please contact us via the chat, contact form or Whatsapp.

Alternatively, if the cancellation policy allows for full reimbursement, you may decide to cancel and re-book. Please make sure bookings are available for the desired date and time before proceeding. You can check your cancellation policy on the activity page or via the My Booking page.

You can use your promo code if it's valid. You can use only one at a time.

You can add a promo code on the payment page, in the order review on the right-hand side, by clicking on "Have a promo code?".

Promocodes are not applicable for some products, please check Daily Boat Trip "Terms and Conditions for Promotions and Special Offers"

It cannot be applied to bookings previously made. It can only be used via the online payment method.

You can verify the status of your booking by accessing the My Booking page, using your booking reference number and surname.

You can find your booking reference number (example: DAI 1234567) in your confirmation email or voucher.
