How do I make a booking?

Select an activity or attraction. Click on the button to Check Availability and select a date. Only available dates will be highlighted - Some tours have multiple options that will appear here i.e. tour language, seating, public group or private tour, etc. Be sure to select the options relevant to you. You’ll then be prompted to select your desired starting time – if applicable – and the number of participants in your group. Then click ‘Add to cart’ - Fill in your personal information and payment details on the following page and click ‘Book now’ - Once you submit your booking, the reservation will be confirmed. In most cases, booking is confirmed immediately after purchase or in the next few hours – unless indicated otherwise in the activity description. You’ll receive the ticket voucher via email. In case you don't receive the email, please check the spam folder.

Please follow the instructions present on your voucher, and if it is a mobile voucher or if it needs to be printed.

What is the maximum number of participants I can book?

Unless indicated otherwise in the event page, you can add up to 15 tickets per event per reservation. Please note that this is subject to availability.

Do I need to register in order to make a purchase?

The registration is not mandatory, you don't need to register to make purchases or find your order. By signing up, you will have access to features that help you organize your experiences with no stress.

Once I’ve booked, is my reservation confirmed?

In most cases, booking is confirmed immediately after purchase or in the next few hours – unless indicated otherwise on the activity description. You’ll receive a confirmation email with the voucher. If you can't see your tickets in your email inbox, try looking in the spam folder. If you still cannot find them, please contact us via the chat or contact form.

What do I do with my voucher?

The voucher can be downloaded from the final confirmation email or by accessing My booking. Please check if it's a mobile voucher or needs to be printed out beforehand.

How can I verify status of my booking?

You can verify the status of your booking by accessing the My Booking page, using your booking reference number and surname.

You can find your booking reference number (example: DAI 1234567) in your confirmation email or voucher.

Why do I need to choose an entry time?

If you booked a ticket with an entry time, this means that the boat has a limited capacity and that your entrance is guaranteed at that time.

What’s the difference between an open ticket and one with a set date?

With an open ticket, you can enter a museum, exhibition or any other attraction during operating hours, without having to decide a specific day and time. The day ticket is valid for the whole day that you reserve, without a specific time, while the reservation ticket is valid only on the day and the time that you select during the purchase.

Can you provide transportation services to/from my hotel?

On some of our tours, transfers (to & from your hotel) are included Please check the ‘What’s included’ section of the product's page to check if this service is available. On some tours, transfers can be offered at an extra cost. Please feel free to contact us for transfers.

What’s the exact duration of the experience?

You can find the approximate duration time of the tour on the detail page. Please keep in mind that duration time is an approximate and may vary depending on weather, port traffic etc.
